Common questions

Reminders don't arrive. Turn on Daily reminder in the app's Settings. If you declined the system prompt earlier, open your phone's Settings → Notifications → VocabInText and allow notifications — the phone will not ask a second time.

I can't hear the word. Pronunciation uses your phone's built-in English voice. Check the volume, and on Android make sure an English text-to-speech voice is installed.

I bought premium and reinstalled the app. Open Premium and tap Restore purchases. Premium is tied to your Apple ID or Google account — no sign-up needed.

How do I cancel my subscription? On iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions. On Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; premium stays on until the end of the period you paid for.

How do I delete my data? Everything is stored only on your phone. Use Settings → Reset all progress in the app, or uninstall it. We hold no copy — see the privacy policy.
